You know you’re in da Bay if you recall that the old Star Theater was at the end of Washington Street across from what is now the brand spanking new comfort station that caused so much hubbub. I mention this because it has been brought to my attention the locale of the old Rats (Star spelled backwards and appropriate) has been the subject of certain controversy in the social media which in turn is why I do not take part in Facebook beyond possessing what I would term a shell account.
