I thought about that after the fact (after I posted it) and came to your conclusion…just part of the process since he’s not received a motion. Jimmie Gates sort of – in his own way – seems to suggest otherwise by sayging “he (Zach) had hoped” to be allowed to wait….but I’m with you on the technicality….so I’m not so sure how newsworthy that article is. (Now that I’ve posted it! HA) Anyhoo, I’m killin’ time in the Orlando Airport and will order some watermelon based drink NEXT. Thanks for the heads-up 😉
We’ve been having off-line conversation about legal issues – and how easy it is to get thrown off-track. So not to worry – just go easy on the watermelon.
