Terms of the settlement have not been disclosed but everyone seems happy.
Update: I have been contacted by one of the parties to the litgation who cautioned that the case was not settled. The confusion appears to stem from the fact that AMV’s hard drive was returned to her legal team, but there are other outstanding issues remaining that must be addressed.
