Yes, Scott has got those silk undershorts in a wad and ass in a crack. He appears to be walking like it with no ability to reach back in time to pull them out due to the handcuffs. With a new baby on the way he will be singing more than an opera base, tenor, and alto combined. Wonder what he knows about local and state dirty politics? May his embellishment begin.
