@wlox is reporting that Scott Walker lost his cool in Chancery Court and uttered an expletive during a recess which was heard by Court employees. Chancellor Harris gives Walker 30 days in the county jail for the outburst, hearing on jail time scheduled for tomorrow.

Damn good question. The Singing River MOB case was also sealed, improperly IMHO. Jackson County is a bit different that way.
