Last Christmas had to have felt like ashes and switches to the Rigsby sisters. It appears this year Santa will leave oranges and walnuts for them to share.
Hopefully, there be more but don’t expect anything other than a fair share – Judge Senter doesn’t strike me as the Barbie-dream-house type; but, I believe in his commitment to all the justice the law will allow and I believe the Rigsby sisters!

NOTICE OF THE UNITED STATES’ CONSENT TO DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE OF CERTAIN DEFENDANTS
In light of the United States’ notice that it was not intervening in this action, and the Relators’ notice that they wish to dismiss defendants Exponent, Inc., Jade Engineering, Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc., and Structures Group, the United States sees no reason to oppose that dismissal and thereby compel Relators to continue litigation against these defendants unwillingly. Accordingly, the United States consents to dismissal of those defendants, provided that said dismissal is without prejudice to the United States.Dated: December 18th, 2008.
