Frankly, the Subpoena Duces Tecum issued to Scruggs Law Firm appears to be nothing more than additional evidence State Farm suffers from bifucation dysfunction.  SLABBED reported the symptoms when they first appeared in the Company’s Motion to Compel in Forked! “Bifurcation for Dummies” (part 1 and part 2)

In that regard, Butler Snow attorney Jeffery Walker’s qualified “requests” beg the question, If you can’t compel it, can’t you at least look it up yourself instead of playing with your (sub)poena?

“If any responsive  Document(s) has been produced to State Farm in connection with McIntosh v. State Farm Fire & Casualty…rather than reproducing it in response to this subpoena, it will be sufficient to cite the Bates number or other identifying label in response to the particular request.”
