Well, let me call you sweetheart…

Since you say you’re not a health insurance defense lawyer – although your website lists that as one of your practice areas…and, I can’t call you a moderator because you say you’re not – although the dictionary says a moderator is somebody in charge of discussion

Since you seem to be a good lookin’, good cookin’, music lovin’ man, I guess I could just call you sweetheart – but we’ve never met and that would be wacky…and wacky I’m not

So from now on, I’ll just call you an SOB and hope that makes you happy – works for me.

  1. I’m sometimes wacky Nowdy. I’ve been involved in some exchanges where I literally laughed so hard that tears streamed down my face and my stomach hurt. One particular tirade involving the Mystic Order of the Davichies is the stuff of legend.

I miss the NMC that provided fantastic analysis of the Scruggs case. I checked out his KC Lawyer thread a while back and just shook my head. He needs a break from blogging IMHO.

In any event I’m proud we blog for the policyholder and the people of the Katrina ravaged Gulf Coast.

    sop

  2. Nice work nowdoucit. I suggest NMC follow David’s move and remove much of his background from his work web site. The real person who he needs to worry about is not SOP, its himself.

  3. Thanks, guys. You don’t think something I’ve written since that Zach post struck a nerve do you?

  4. Steve there is a load of wisdom in your comment. NMC may be from the wrong end of the state but we’re still fellow Mississippians. It’s almost like he turned on the Rigsby sisters out of spite. How sad.

I have a post in edit right now that will further illuminate the stark contrast between good and evil in this battle between the good people of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and large insurance companies they once trusted.

Can’t ever tell what would set someone off Nowdy.

  5. What is it about all these insurance lawyers that makes them ashamed to admit what they do for a living?
