How ironic that this news story would be released on the same day as the one about the Gretna landlady with ties to the Jefferson Parish councilman that recently resigned. Coincidence?
This sounds like the deal that Hancock County has denying a land fill while harboring another! WoW! Follow the perks and benefits to get to the source.
More to come!

The gift that keeps on giving
That was a quality story for several reasons. I suspect the IG didn’t have Robert’s desk emptied for very long before the FBI showed up wanting to take a peek but that is pure conjecture on my part, informed by how the Broussard investigation unfolded with his desk, files and such.
That Roberts would submit his resignation without cleaning out his office offers hints at how that process unfolded.
