Al Showers did a better report this time–more balanced with some input from what appeared to be Wards 5 and 6. Maybe someday those folks will get services, but I don’t see that happening in the next 3 years. Heck, I was driving down Turner St. in the Bay today, and their ditches and right of ways are horrible looking. What people don’t understand is this new money coming in is going to have to deal with the debts on the books right now, and that’s not little figures.
