  1. Congratulations to the Mayor of Waveland. That took courage to be the lone public official to bow out of the meeting if the notice was not adequate for the public because most politicians would not have challenged a colleague like the President of the Board of Supervisors just in case their city would need something from her in the future; but he did the right thing.
    I heard that subsequently the meeting was cancelled–if that is true maybe it is because the new Attorney for the Supervisors is having a positive impact on that Board, sure hope so. It is time for the Good Ole Boy system in Hancock County to become a thing of the past.
