    Just as well consider NatGeo some pervert associate to the sheep, goats or whatever. And to this barrister’s eyes (so the Canuke fools realize I’m not some mere solicitor) the following portion of the averment is fatally suspect:

    owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

    It is either one or the other, asshole Raegan, you make a declaration based on personal knowledge, and as to one’s position, NOT in the alternative, or else it cannot by law and logic constitute an informed declaration made on personal information and belief.
