I reckon they plan on skipping over the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. IMHO (nonlegal), an appellate bond would be in order here to prevent a further wasting of scarce tax money.

What was the legal basis for denying returning these people their property? Come on, Teach Us How to Dougie! I would skip over the sham of the 5th circuit to save money and hopefully get a fair crack at justice now that Kimball has stroked her last influenced opinion.
