I am still intrigued about the “representative petitioner” nonsense. He can’t function as a representative of a cumulated action nor can he seek representative capacity absent a class action filing – and although not etched in stone, he’d have to show a class of at least 40 to get a start.
Ole’ Diz dats it, brush them back den put it in da’ bread basket and go for strike outs -to hell wit dem’ ground or fly balls.
One might argue that the Bacchawhopper comparison is hyperbole but to me it seems fitting and accurate, like most of the other statements in Doug’s posts.
