  1. I have been told that many DMR people wish to talk with law enforcement. They knew that what was being allowed was not right and want to convey the info they have to aid in the investigation. I have a friend who works at the Bolton Building for another agency with offices there and they say it is very tense at the DMR. Nobody smiles or makes eye contact.
