  1. Looks like Attorney Abel should devote more time to being an attorney, rather than a plaintiff or an interloper in Slabbed v. Trout Point. Where is that letter Mr. Abel wrote to Judge Guirola ranting about the men on the grassy knoll?

    1. That letter is pure gold for a number of reasons. Maybe on Monday in honor of BrousStar’s first day of incarceration I’ll publish it.

  2. Maybe someone can explain this filing.

    LODGE v. DOE
    DARRYL LODGE,
    v.
DOE, ET AL., Section “J” (3).
    Civil Action No. 11-1257.
United States District Court, E.D. Louisiana.

    August 1, 2012.

Not re posting everything, just the interesting part:

Keith Boyd, Pastor, Movant, represented by Daniel G. Abel, Daniel G. Abel, Inc..

Now there must be some explanation, as a search of the Louisiana Secretary of State Corporations Database
for the entity “DANIEL G. ABEL, INC.” returns the following results.

    1. An entity with that name was registered by a Daniel G. Abel with a filing date of April 18,2002.

    2. No reports filed by that entity since September 14, 2006.

    3. The last amendment on file for said entity was “revoked” on August 18,2009.

    4. Said entity currently shows as follows:

    Status: Inactive
Inactive Reason: Action by Secretary of State

    1. Same situation here:

MARTIN v. FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY
LLOYD RAYMOND MARTIN, III, ET AL.
      v.
FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY, SECTION: “H” (4).
      Civil Action No. 09-4195.
United States District Court, E.D. Louisiana.

      June 11, 2012.

Lloyd Raymond Martin, III, Plaintiff, represented by Daniel G. Abel, Daniel G. Abel, Inc..
