So I have this dynamite post on DMR and Dr Bill Walker Math coming….

This blogging thing isn’t as easy as it looks folks and I have a post on DMR and CIAP in the pipeline that will illuminate why the FBI needs to be involved with the investigation into misspent CIAP funds, which was administered by the Mississippi DMR under their friends and family program.  But I need to convey an important point a certain way and sourcing that one point is taking some time.  Fear not though because once I set my sights on my quarry I do not give up and offer this post as proof as it took me over 6 months to score the document that was the crux of that matter.

So while I spend the next few days on assignment here is some lovely music to help pass the time.

  1. The most interesting purchase is the one referred to as “Old Fort Bayou”. This property is only an acre in size that was purchased after Hurricane Katrina by K D Development LLC , P.O.Box Madisonville, La. 70447 for less than $100,000.. Some improvements were made but a subdivision plat was never recorded. After sitting idle for a couple of years with no buyers because it was only 5′ above sea level after filling with red clay, the property was then purchased by Ms.DMR.There is not a reason or a benifit to the public that could justify the $1,290,000 purchase price. This is outrageous.Who is K D Development? These things don’t just happen, they happen for a reason or thru a connection. This property was not worth the Jackson County Tax Assesors value of $70,700.after the hurricane. Also they had to go thru the process of permitting thru the DMR for fill and bulkhead work on the site. This property is Parcel ID# 03019070.200 on the Jackson County website.Next parcel for discussion is Reynolds. Please look into each property purchased, they all have a connection to someone I can assure you. More info later.

  3. Well, got up this morning at 5,got my Sunhearld from the driveway and there on the front page Bill Walker confessed to arranging the purchase of his sons property. But his son did not have any monetary benefit because he owed more than the appraised value. This is a new solution to anyone that maybe underwater on your home value/mortgage. I suggest if you are just go to the DMR office in Biloxi on Monday to make application for the same program they used to arrange the purchase of Scott’s property. This sale allowed him to purchase the Penny property off East Beach in Ocean Springs for almost a cool million.Guess we better check that one too, might be financed thru the oyster reef program. It is past time for someone to drill deep on each an every transaction both realestate purchases and any other outgoing funds spent for any reason.I have personally looked at each parcel that has been made public and can only find one that has the potential to benefit the public. This is totally out of control and a slap in the face to the people of this entire state who get up every day and go to work, pay taxes so someone can waste them on a new homeplace in Gulf Hills for a green heron. I for one am outraged and eveyone else should be unless of course you we able to sell something no one else would buy to the DMR and/or the Land Trust aka Taxpayer Funded Fraudsters. Time for heads to roll and unless we demand it they will not.
