It isn’t often I blog on St Tammany Parish folks but I’m making an exception for 22nd JDC Judge Reggie Badeaux, who blatantly homecooked a divorce case for a friend and was allowed to essentially skate by the Judiciary Commission and the Louisiana Supreme Court. And the beat goes on….

Oh yea, the St Tammany Parish court 22nd. This corporate owned court is as fucked up as any other in these parts. Unlike the musical chair of the Hinds county these ass holes are football fans. Court holds fairness hearing and everyone knows me. This is the same court which counterparted the fraudulent class action here in MS. Took our child away from us and changed judges in that matter like they were underwear. They love to intimidate a person and had a time with me. Upon my entry to the court. Attorneys from both sides of the the room created a line to block my apporach to the bench and gained the judges attention and soon after the court recessed. I was told to go back to those fucking Mississippi lawyers. Their words. But yeah they are bad to rewrite case history.
Of all the motherfuckers I’ve met the officer sneaking back to our home while we were in court was the only person with understanding. I don’t know if he is alive now but just like the attorney who checked out our home for the law firm he became exposed. I think maybe the officer died because he issued a public applogy to anyone he may have crossed regarding his employment. A real claim would consist of a person walking in our front door a exiting the back door was all it took. And this was confirmed by an attorney in one of the many arguments had regarding the destruction of our property.
I don’t know how many folks view this blog site involved in the Gaylord release but folks I have no info as to any dropped claims and checks being paid other than its happening now. You folks need to contact the Hinds county court. The person giving information on the class in MS. ie, my stepdad the ex-Sheriffs uncle has pasted away. I can offer that the action of March 2011 which was supposed to set the lawsuit for trial didn’t look like setting anything. All I recall was an agreement by attorneys and the court to dismiss claims as the court has over the years. But try this. With all awards and evidence showing the Maries as lead plaintiffs. Being dead attorneys could tell you the cloud left here and landed here, now where did you say you were the day of this release ?
And what does one expect from a bunch of PIGS but a GRUNT? Ashton O’Dwyer has a personal message for Chief “Injustice” Catherine “Titty Thimble” Kimball, her co-conspirators on the Court, the FRUIT former Attorney General Charles Foti, the “Thimble’s” PIMP, Charles Plattsmier, and her “other” PIMP Timothy Averill of the Louisiana Judiciary Commission: I haven’t forgotten any of you, and if I don’t put your asses in the Federal Penitentiary, I will BREAK YOU, financially. Along these same lines I see NMC covered the same topic here in Mississippi sourcing the Daily Journal coverage of the AP wire story that Choggs left with us yesterday. In this case the Judge in question jailed lawyers for no good reason.
