  1. Can anybody explain why the Government keeps Greg Kennedy on this case. He is one of the wort Attorneys the Government has and continually writes poor briefs and lies in Court filings.

    Oh wait maybe thats Lettens plan in the whole Case make sure that Prosecutorial Misconduct is grounds to insure that any conviction can be reveresed on Appeal.
